I will set challenges each month and maintain accountability with you each week, both individually and as a team.

$100 a month for 20 months with $44 remaining due

**This can be adjusted at any time with prior notice. You are expected to inform Lisa if adjustments need to be made and to remember when the next billing will occur

-All enrollments need to be complete by September 15 to receive your welcome package in the mail on time.
